Hire Charges
1 day event (up to 3 days hire period):-

Note:Gutter to join two tents side by side £5 per gutter
Can give a tented area 10m x 8m, 10m x 12m, or 10m x 16m
Conditions of Hire
1.Insurance of the tent is the responsibility of the hirer.
2.Instructions for erection and dismantling must be followed.
3.Exercise great care erecting & dismantling in windy weather.
4.The tent must be securely fixed down using the ratchet straps
provided.
5.Steel sections should be handled carefully to avoid damage.
6.The tent is flame retardant - do not place any cooking, heating or
electrical appliances near the sides or roof of the tent.
7.Keep exits clear and unobstructed.
8.The marquee must be stored dry to avoid mildew damage.
9.Items must be replaced correctly in the containers provided.
